Manoj Kumar, MD.

Specialty - - Ear, Nose and Throat Surgical Specialties - Otolaryngology

Dr. Kumar specializes in the medical and surgical treatment of disorders related to the ear, nose, throat, and neck. He completed a fellowship in sleep and endocrine surgery at the Medical College of Georgia. He has also completed a fellowship in pediatric otolaryngology at the Children’s Hospital of Cincinnati. Before that, he trained extensively in the United Kingdom, completing his residency in Otolaryngology atthe University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff. Dr. Kumar’s particular interests include sleep apnea surgery, minimally invasive thyroid and parathyroid surgery, and endoscopic sinus surgery. Throughout his career,r he has conducted extensive research and contributed numerous articles to medical journals.

Marc Settineri, MD.

Specialty- - Anesthesiology

Dr. Settineri is a board certified anesthesiologist with over 25 years of experience. He received his medical degree from The University of Michigan in 1992. After spending his internship at Blodgett Memorial Medical Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan, he finished his residency in anesthesiology at the University of Rochester (Strong Memorial Hospital).
In 1996, Dr. Settineri moved to Cortland, NY and has spent his entire career at the Cortland Regional Medical Center and most recently The Cortland Surgical Center caring for members of the community. He is also currently an Associate Clinical Professor at Upstate Medical Center where he helps with the didactic and teaching of rural medical students. Dr. Settineri was named 2013 Physician of the Year at Cortland Regional Medical Center. The award was based on integrity, commitment to the community, and demonstration of excellence in the practice of medicine.

Deborah Warner, NP

- Surgical First Assist

Debbie earned her Masters of Science in Nursing from the State University of New York at Binghamton. She received her FNA certification at the University of Rochester. As a nurse practitioner Debbie is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Debbie has worked in the ENT specialty since 2012. Prior to that she worked in family practice and critical care.
