If you are looking to travel from out of state for a surgical procedure, we look forward to hearing from you. Please call (607) 753-6560 to discuss the steps required to set up a telehealth visit. You will be required to fill out necessary paperwork that will be emailed to you prior to setting up your consultation. During this visit it will be determined if you are eligible for surgery and how to proceed. Please be aware you may be required to stay locally for a length of time after your procedure, as to be determined by the provider at the time of your telehealth visit. You will also be required to have a responsible adult accompany you the day of your surgery, drive you home and stay with you for 24 hours post-operatively.
